FROM TEARS TO FANZINE

This meeting marks the closing of a cycle of the crying culichis club and the presentation of its second fanzine, the result of collective writing, listening and reflection sessions. Through the reading of some texts, open conversation and collages, we seek to show how grief and writing/reading can become tools to name what hurts, resist the normalization of violence and weave affective networks. The presentation is aimed at young people and adults, interested in memory, collective care and sensitive ways of building community.

CREATIVE PROCESS: DIALOGUE BETWEEN TWO COLLECTIONS

In this talk, Paulina Alvarado Zaragoza, a graduate in Visual Arts and curator, will share her creative process for writing the dialogues between artworks for the exhibition “Dialogue Between Two Collections.” The speaker will describe how the concept for this visual encounter between the ISIC-MASIN and UAdeO collections developed.
